My husband and me hired imperial pest prevention for the yearly pest control special they have advertised. They originally did our termite wdo home inspection. Great customer service. My husband and I hired them a couple of weeks ago to take care of some roaches we had been seeing around the house. We live in the historic section of new Smyrna beach so the home has lots of little openings.They had a yearly pest control promo they were running and it seemed like a good deal so we went with it. Imperial Helped my girlfriend and I out with a bed bug problem after evacuating from a hurricane. We picked up bedbugs from a hotel when on the road to Georgia. It was quite a terrifying experience, and even though it was a tedious process getting rid of them and costly, Imperial Pest Prevention did a great job handling all of our needs. I found Imperial from our school. They are a supporter of ERAU (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) and offer perks discounts for students and staff. They did a great job on a bed bug service we had to have done from an unfortunate situation I don't wish to share. However, they did a complete job and were punctual, explained everything very well, and worked with us with our financial situation.

We use Imperial Pest Prevention for our summer home in Florida and they do a great job, Year after year when we return, it is always to a bug-free house, nice looking shrubs, and a beautiful lawn. They are always courteous and call before coming out, email service reports to me that are nicely documented, and are always very thorough, and explain everything in great detail. My wife and I are always pleased with the technicians and office staff.
