As a new user of Zillow I just recently found this. I believe it's always a challenge to work with somebody who used to be in the business whether you're a builder and roofer or an electrician times Change and so doesn't any industry. Back in the 80s when you and I both were Realtors we used to have open houses because we were safe we was not robbed stabbed and killed as a result today we try to stick close to a community where there's a guard checking IDs but you wanted me to have an open house so I did my best to accommodate my seller wants and needs and I am still alive yay. Lunch and snacks were served the neighbors enjoyed.... As I explained to you I belong to Mid Florida MLS and Hernando MLS we had 8000 agents looking at your home ...
