Thank you for sharing your feedback. Selling a home is an important milestone, and I’m truly sorry to hear you felt disappointed at any point during the process. For clarity to future clients, your Salisbury Beach home was listed and marketed per our agreement, and we successfully achieved a final sale price more than $20,000 above the contracted listing price. Before going live, I presented you with a cash offer at the contracted price, which you declined. I then implemented my full marketing plan, resulting in multiple showings and two additional offers — ultimately securing the higher price you accepted. Regarding your mortgage, I was aware of it and communicated that information to your attorney, who had also handled your prior purchase. While coordinating the payoff is outside a listing agent’s scope, I always ensure the necessary parties have the correct information to facilitate a smooth closing. While I strive to recommend reputable contractors and service providers, I recognize that not every recommendation will be the right fit for every client, and I appreciate you bringing your communication issues with the contractor to my attention for future reference.
