The NJAR lease agreement is a standardized contract that agents are not permitted to alter — we can only complete the required fields by filling in the blanks. I had explained this to you and thought you had understood. Additionally, in this transaction I was representing the landlord, which meant I had to remain professional and balanced for both sides. I did my best to communicate with you and understand your concerns, but unfortunately we were not able to align on expectations. I regret that you feel dissatisfied with the experience.
