It's an overused line in real estate, or sales generally, but a review is the sincerest form of flattery. As I have repeatedly told you guys, you both were masterful in navigating a less than straight forward purchase. Rachel, you and Bob were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am so thankful I made the drive out to Rio Bravo in early January so that we could truly begin your search in earnest to find the perfect first home for you guys. We saw some scary things and saw some questionable homes slip off the market weekend 1. You guys were patient, thorough, and always so trusting in me to deliver on you behalf.
