It is important that every tenant understands that when they sign a contract they have to comply with all its clauses. Unfortunately, the property was not received in the conditions it was received, even things that had a cost had to be thrown away and had to be replaced. This client definitely did not understand his responsibility with the property. Not recommended for renting properties. ( photos in file).
