I'm so sorry you felt this way about your experience considering that I did everything in my power to get you to closing during a pandemic and while working with a very difficult agent on the other end. I definitely communicated with you daily, for hours weekly and sometimes even past business hours when you called. In 2020 & 2021 my sales volume was much less than my average, because I was pregnant, then had a newborn at home and I also was purposely taking in less clients to minimize the risk of exposure to covid to protect myself and my family.
