I was born in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong to a Belgian father and a Portuguese mother from Macau, but originally from Shanghai. 

Since the education system in Hong Kong, for foreigners was not so good, I was sent to boarding schools in Europe. I spent time in Switzerland, France and finally in England.
