Jane's career began in the late 70's where she sold real estate licensing textbooks for a Chicago publisher. Financial service marketing brought her back to Michigan where she worked in regional banking positions in Kalamazoo, Detroit and Traverse City. Leelanau County became home in 1986 for Jane and her husband Brooks when he moved his law practice north and built a home on land his grandfather purchased in the early forties.
