We are sorry you had a bad experience, Phyllis. As we explained when you spoke with us, our leases are drawn up by a lawyer and are considered standard leasing agreements. The lease itself explains which is the responsible party for repairs. The lease states not all repairs are solely at the tenants expense. If there is any questions you still may have over the lease and if we can help you in any way feel free to give us a call or we can direct you to the firm that draws them up. It is not our intention that our leases be in any way confusing or misleading and we apologize if you felt that way.
