Here's the hard evidence: the318properties.com/MurdockFiles This review from Ms. Murdock is Libel and the damages caused at the property were extreme so this will be dealt with accordingly (follow small claims docket #2025E03083) The plain and simple truth is this tenancy should have never started to begin with. Due to Ms. Murdock's mental state and strong penchant for profanity and disrespect, Ms. Murdock was offered her deposit and rent back at least two times before and after the signing of the lease (see text message chain in hard evidence). Although Ms. Murdock loved the house - hence she insisted we maintain the first month's rent and deposit and inquired about buying the home - she wanted to change the color of the rooms and paint which is not allowed. As the evidence shows, they went ahead and did what they wanted to the paint in a less than clean or acceptable manner. Ms. Murdock and family went on to put a giant hole in a closet ceiling ($350), stealing a month and a half of electricity (approx. $250 in the business name, twisted and mangled the garage door beyond repair ($2200 minimum), but and refused to pay the rent $3000, and stole the refrigerator $400 for good measurement after eviction court. Here it is sad I really have to defend my character after serving my country and subsequently my State - the Pelican State - by housing countless families to this very day. The Plain and simple truth: Ms. Freeman did not want to sign any documentation for the animals she brought to the property. These dogs caused much the damage she blames on me personally even though there was clear evidence of glass on the ground etc. When management cited the legal liability involved in having any personnel work or visit a property with undocumented animals/pets belonging to a tenant, she not only continued to blatantly disregard the pet policy but refused to pay the rent. Naturally, she was evicted. Additionally, we never requested Ms. Freeman pay at court as she was being evicted because the Landlord-Tenant relationship was completely broken at that point and we simply sought possession of the property.
