Vince, It was nice to meet you at the property I was a listing agent on this past Spring. I'm sorry your review reflects so negatively, but unfortunately I never represented you on a transaction. My fiduciary duties as a real estate agent were to my clients who advised me that they would review all offers on Sunday since we were in a multiple offer situation. I'm sorry your agent did not get your offer in time. I wish you well.
