Bob Levine, the owner of 25100 Canterbury Road, Franklin could not afford to maintain his home and expected me to sell it for an unrealistic price in poor condition. We had 34 showings initially listed at his requested price of $895,000 and then reduced to $849,900. We had negative feedback from Realtors and prospective Buyers. Mr. Levine wrote May 20th, 2017 “all items to power wash, clean up must be done by me personally. As previously mentioned I’m out of money, cash strapped and cannot even pay my bills including my daughter’s tuition. Clean up and gardening expenses are not an option” The final proof is that the home ended up selling in October for $700,000, over 20% below my listed price.
