Jeff Merritt became a member of the team at Herlong Sotheby's International in the fall of 2024, after establishing himself as an expert in the Lake Keowee, SC market. 

  

Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Jeff grew up as the son of a Navy officer, which meant calling many places home. Jeff's childhood included years living in Guam and Beaufort, South Carolina, but he eventually found his way to the Upstate – he is a 2008 Clemson graduate.
