Jeff is a fourth generation Steamboat Springs resident. Jeff's father Jim Temple founded the Steamboat Springs ski area in 1959 and his mother's family has been in the valley for more than 100 years. Jeff spent summers on the family ranch 50 miles north or Steamboat, which inspired his vision to create beautiful working ranch communities where people would be proud to raise their families.
