This is not an accurate review. I copied and pasted his first message to me. And I did everything in my power to get him that house and I did. Here’s what he said… I am interest 8658 Marsh Rd, Clay, MI 48001. I am a retired Marine with 3 pensions- single Dad..100% combat disabled and do firearms training as well as train churches to build their internal security teams ...my VA funding will be approved by 3rd week of this month and if this home is available I definitely want a crack at it. My daughter wants a horse and I am praying this stays available...selfish but true After I got him the house. Offer accepted. He mentioned a lady from church who was on vacation talked about helping him. The deal was done. She threw such a fit he made me cancel the offer and went on a rant. I did my job. Got him the house for far less. And now this guy who claims he is a Christian is lying for some reason. We looked at the property 3 times. I spoke to him for hours. We had developed a good working relationship. And he liked to talk. The lady got mad she kissed out while she was in fl. I released him. He has no reason to be unhappy. That home is worth )100,000 more then it was 2 years ago. It was a good deal.
