Jesse did an amazing job of zeroing in on exactly what we were looking for and coming up with properties that were in the right area and in our price range. He kept us updated promptly with any opportunities or issues and stayed on top of the situation from start to finish. We could feel his commitment to us as a client and we came to feel that we had a personal relationship with him. The location of our home was difficult because we live in farm country, 45 min outside of the Denver metro area. The Eastern Plains wasn't necessarily Jesse's specialty but after having shown our house to a potential buyer, after a previous sale had fallen through, Jesse called me up and offered to sell our house if we chose to re-list. It was a few months before we chose to re-list but Jesse was top of the list when that time came. His approach was level headed. He wasn't overly demanding like some other agents I had spoken to. He was comfortable allowing us to "take the wheel" on the sale of our own home. He guided us on some things but also allowed us to have control on the biggest sale of our lives. We are a bit stubborn because we know what we want and we often know how to get it. Jesse took all of it in stride. He was accommodating to us, even in spite of the fact that we live out of state and he had to do much of the "leg work" for us since the home was vacant. I'd highly recommend Jesse to anyone!
