Hello! So sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We take customer service very serious and are always more than welcome to discuss the situation. It appears this happened during a period 8-9 years ago. Even though it has been some time, still always willing to discuss your concerns by phone. I can say that in 17 years of doing this for a career, I have never been more than 5-10 minutes late and have always conveyed this to my clients when I cannot make it to the appointment on time. I am very engaged with showings and the client that I am with is the #1 priority. I have shown clients houses for well over a year or more due to the fact that they needed that time to make sure they were purchasing the right home. I would never want a client to feel unimportant, rushed or that they were taking up valuable time when I could be with someone else. Again, I am sorry that your experience from 2014 was not positive. Thank you for sharing your concerns.
