Nicole Solari is a licensed Realtor in the State of California and manages Level Up Realty in Solano County. She along with her husband were the owners of 5 Old Coach Rd in Napa. Nichole listed their house on 3/1/21 for $2,699,000 and then reduced it on 4/19/21 to $2,598,000 and then reduced it again on 4/25/21 to $2,498,000. The house was not professionally staged nor prepared for market. A court order mandated that the listing be withdrawn from Nicole Solari of Level Up Realty and listed with me: Jill Levy, Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. The property was then professionally staged, painted and landscaped and was put on the market on 7/15/21 for $2,995,000. I sold the house to a cash buyer and closed on 8/16/21 for $2,840,000. The buyer was able to choose title and escrow company as required by California state law.
