    The advertisement said, "Will consider neutered cats" and NO DOGS. The prospective tenant answered the initial question before viewing the apartment about pets, "I have a cat." She came to the appointment to see the apartment and at the end of the time there asked, "Would it be ok to foster a (pregnant) cat and raise the babies for four weeks." I said "No". I was surprised that she would ask that since the ad said will (may) consider neutered cats. This was one of the condtions that she was approved to see the apartment. As she was leaving (walking to the door), I said that it would be best to ask this question up front when answering the question that she "had a cat".
