As a licensed professional, I am bound by strict ethical guidelines and legal standards that prohibit me from interfering with another agent’s client relationship. Engaging further could have put my license at risk, which I explained to you clearly and respectfully. Much of what’s been stated in your review is inaccurate and misrepresents our brief interaction. At no point did I request payment inappropriately or refuse to show a property without valid cause.
