Hi Emil, I am sorry for the misunderstanding however I did have a license. I was unable to help you at the time because I was taking continuing education and fulfilling certain requirements to upgrade my license to my current Broker's license which is the highest level of licensing offered in the state of Florida. My license number is BK3330699 and can be verified via the Department of Business and Professional Regulations.

We corresponded several times and he seemed great and knowledgeable.
