As a kid, Josh spent several weeks each winter skiing Vail with his family. At age 13, Josh came to Vail to visit his sister, who was a ski instructor in 1982 and, after a day of incredible powder with her and her friends, Josh fell in love with the idea of living in a ski town and, therefore, decided he would move to Vail after college.
