This review is not related to any real estate transaction or client/agent relationship. User had a reservation with Homeaway.com. Homeaway's strict cancellation policy states that if you cancel within 30 days of your appointment your deposit is forfeited. User's booking cancellation request was requested 2 weeks before reservation date. We regret that user had a less than stellar experience with HomeAway's policy.
