I'm so sorry you feel this way. I enjoy helping everyone and leading them in the right direction even if the truth hurts. After 22 years of me being in this business this is my 1st negative review. Of course, with the kind of character you have demonstrated throughout the hundreds of text messages and phone calls between you, and my team, I am not surprised you logged in to Zillow with a second email account and gave me my second negative review that has now been taken down by Zillow since they do not allow that type of behavior. Your idea of me having lack of communication was not noticed on my end since there is a phone log and many text messages. Mostly you letting me know about how high your credit score is (as you mentioned again in your previous review that got taken down) and how privileged you think you are because of your scores. That did not impress me at all. Truthfully, it rubbed me the wrong way. Thankfully, I have been blessed to work with many hard-working humble people that started as my clients and now are part of my family. As far as your situation, I repeatedly told you that I cannot help you with the structure of the purchase you were trying to make. Buying a property of 5 units or more and saying you will be an owner occupant in one unit to be able get a loan with less than 4 percent down is not something that I can do. Especially if you already own a huge home that you are living in. Just because you saw someone on Tik Tok tell you it can be done, does not mean it is possible. My suggestion is do not believe everything online. Hopefully you can find a resolution to your needs.
