Made an offer on a home, but it did not work out.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsJuli isn’t a knowledgeable realtor. Our realtor had a hard time working with her and considered her to be extremely rude. She lost her clients a great offer because of it. Best part is they received 12k less at the end of the day for their home.
