Our email is always right in MLS? The credit application is TransUnion Smart move credit app; it is sent by a link. The property was advertised as available Oct 1; the early move in date of Sept 26 you requested had to be confirmed by the owner there is an active lease through Oct 1. You were cc'd on confirmation. Your rent is pro-rated for early move-in. This is a longtime client of mine we are assisting with advertising her home for her, you met her to discuss property directly. When you were approved, you were told you were a lease would be drawn up. Contracts corrected all requested updates quickly (owner and tenant). This is not a great way to introduce yourself to Texas; to be so ungrateful to people who are trying to help you move in early and accommodate your needs. Note: we have been requesting your deposit since Weds with no response. I am concerned for our property owner as she is about to enter into a lease with you; I will let her know this has been posted.
