    I'm sure Justin is a pretty good realtor. I personally did not have the best experience and didn't feel as though I made the best decision. Questions regarding price negotiations were unclear, items noted on the repairs addendum were never addressed...

    Charles as a real estate professional sometimes we solve problems you do not realize you even have in ways you would never understand. You purchased very nice brand new construction with a builders warranty that appraised above contract price. I even negotiated on your behalf that the builder pay $7,500 of your closing costs so you could become a home owner. Remember this was money you didn't have. I would have expected a much more favorable review.
