It’s very unfortunate that the Kyle family felt they had a negative experience during their lease term. Every effort was made to accommodate the Kyles departure from the property. During their occupancy, we received multiple complaints from both neighbors and the association manager. The Kyles were allowed to vacate their lease 9 MONTH EARLY with NO PENALTY and received a FULL REFUND of their security deposit along with a POSITIVE REFERENCE to their new property manager. Should anyone be interested, we can show documentation for replacing the washer and dryer that were missing upon move-out, costs paid to repair the garage door in the unit assigned garage and deep cleaning and deodorizing of the carpeting inside the unit due to urination stains and odors from 2 pets. Despite this the Kyles were NOT CHARGED AGAINST THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT. The owner chose the high road and chose not to penalize the Kyles. I value all comments and do my best to address anyone’s concerns.
