I, Karen Schmidt was in a state of shock when I read this review. As I researched this address, location, I found out the agent who listed this home. I NEVER LISTED IT !! MY LISTINGS HAVE BEEN IN HERITAGE PALMS, with few exceptions. I CALLED ZILLOW, provided the MLS information to PROVE I was NOT the REALTOR who listed this property or worked with this seller. I have NEVER had negative comments made about my service levels with folks who have worked with me. ZILLOW REFUSES to do anything about this review, even though I can prove it wasn't me. THAT is SAD !! Thank you, Karen Schmidt, REALTOR, SLOAN Realty, Inc.
