Just to clarify this review was left by another real estate agent (Jordan Smith), NOT a client. He booked me through a third-party showing service that’s meant for quick, in-person showings when an agent can’t be there. I agreed to the showing on an app, but as I arrived at the property, he texted me with instructions to set up a Google Meet and conduct a full video tour for his out-of-town clients. I didn’t see those requests in the original booking and frankly, that goes well beyond what this kind of showing is for. I wasn’t his assistant, wasn’t on his team, and wasn’t representing his clients. For him to leave a public review that implies I stood up a buyer is misleading and honestly, a cheap shot. That’s something I would never do to someone I’m actually working with. I understand he was frustrated, but a $31 showing doesn’t come with a tech crew and production support. ?? I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 1990. I take my reputation seriously and always show up for the people I work with professionally, respectfully, and without drama.
