You were a pleasure to work with. I can't get over how efficiently you managed to break down your dad's estate, with all the documents being archived and sent off to appropriate museums and historical societies! You did everything we talked about doing to get the house ready, priced it well, and we sold it in multiples in just a few weeks. I was kind of sorry it went so fast-I learned a lot of wonderful history from looking through your dads memorabilia.
