This is an invalid review. The buyer has never attempted to contact me and has not responded to my emails or calls. He declined a home inspection after offer accepted despite being advised several times by me and his attorney. The roof is only 7 years old on this house and there were no defects obviously present or in disclosure by seller. Buyer also had a final walk through with me and was offered an opportunity to get up through the ceiling crawl space at first appointment and at walk through and declined. There was never any discussion about a warranty since our company does not offer one and he never asked about a warranty.
