Born and raised in the North Georgia mountains, Kelli Davis was walking construction sites with her builder father as a child, cutting her teeth, proverbially speaking, on 2x4's.  She became a Realtor at age 19, the youngest, in 1997, to have ever joined the local FMLS.  She quickly earned recognition in the market as Rookie of the Year and became managing broker of her family owned real estate firm four years later.
