This buyer purchased a property through Auction.com. If a property is occupied,per auction.com "do not disturb occupant, it is a criminal offense to trespass on this property" This exact wordage is on every occupied listing on their site.I made her husband aware that property was occupied in my initial email on 1/22.Anyone,incl a realtor or buyer could be prosecuted for entering the property.Anyone making a bid for an occupied property on auction.com is made clearly aware of the terms and conditions and have to agree to such before placing a bid.The property eventually went through an eviction after they placed a bid & had it accepted .I did offer to show her the home IF the bank removed the no trespassing restriction but they did NOT because personal property remained.This individual became hostile & demanding in voicemails & it got to a point that I thought it would be best to keep all communication via email so it would be documented should a situation like this arise.
