Kendall is a lifelong native of North Dakota, and grew up on a farm outside of Wishek, ND. Kendall has lived in Bismarck since 2005. Prior to moving to Bismarck Kendall joined the North Dakota Army National Guard, and has deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Between Kendall's deployments to Iraq he graduated from both Bismarck State College and Minot State University to him help start a career in law enforcemen...
