Noah, I am sorry to hear that the property you were interested in had been leased between the time you were interested and when another person was approved. Self-showings are secured showings that require several steps in order to get the lockbox code, including confirmation and uploading of your ID. I show that neither of those steps were completed. Taylor, I'm very sorry to hear you had an issue with the availability of a property you were interested in. Unfortunately, if you are inquiring about a property more than one month in the future, those properties will likely be leased by then. It is best to start your rental search within 30 days of your pending move for the most up-to-date availability. Thank you!
