I am sorry you feel that way. Your offer asked for a concession and the seller did not want to reduce the price. I communicated with your agent promptly, but you and your agent sent different scenarios with the same demand for concession, and the seller said no. You went behind your agent's back and called the seller and tried to make a private deal with him and the seller was furious because he did not want to engage in unethical practices. The seller called me late in the evening, rejecting your offer again. The next day, we had a death in the family and I was a few hours late to communicate with your agent. Around noon, your agent texted me, and I texted back, telling him that the seller had rejected the offer. I understand you are upset because you did not get the house. Good luck to you in your home search and thank you for your service to our country.
