Zhenze, I was hired by your landlord to re-rent your apartment after numerous problems occurred during your tenancy. You were courteously provided with at least 24 hours' notice of each of the five showings that took place over the course of a month, at least 2 of which you asked to cancel hours before the showing. During one, you locked yourself in the primary bedroom, and I could not show the other bedroom because your roommate was standing in the doorway, trying to sell the prospective new tenant his bed. The last showing was requested after it was clear that you had already moved out. Even so, you tried to refuse entry. My clients are excellent, caring landlords. We made every effort to treat you and your space with respect, even though you did not do the same.
