Kim Percudani has been in the Construction and Development industry for almost 20 years in the NJ/PA/NY tri-state area. She has been involved in projects which range from ground up, new construction to complete gut renovations in both the Commercial, and Residential markets. She has brought with her that knowledge she's gained in the Construction Industry over to the NJ Real Estate sector.
