As I do appreciate all reviews those reviews must be based on fact. The fact is you closed on your home end of June and did not take possession until 9 weeks later. I performed a final walk-through and my perception was that it was satisfactory. Upon your arrival you called to voice your concerns about dirty main/upper level baseboards, dirty closets, and office carpet cleaning. I contacted my cleaners immediately and had them complete those tasks at my cost. I will mention that I did miss the dog feces and some debris under the deck. I never mentioned that during those 9 weeks while the house was vacant I paid a landscaper 3 times to maintain your yard, completed a check 1/week to run faucets, etc. and met the utility company on a separate trip to stop them from turning off the water (as you forgot to call them). So 'out of town buyer beware' is misleading and does not represent the full facts of the post-closing happenings. Thank you for the opportunity to reply.
