43210 is the Ohio University campus Zip code. There are no homes for sale in that zip code it is all university property. So I am not sure how accurate this review is. If I was told there is an offer on a property that information was provided to by the listing agent. I have no access to the seller. If you reached out to a seller directly they most likely have information Im not privy to.If you feel jaded in your experience in anyway it is because I didn't do my job in educating you on the home buying process and the current market.
