My feelings are hurt by this review, although I certainly do respect an honest opinion. I do strive to give 5 star service, so this certainly doesn't measure up to the feelings I like to leave with my clients. I wasn't left with this impression when my sellers rented their house in the middle of the listing and I did withdraw the house from the market when they told me they had a renter. I wish them the best of luck in the future.
