Unfortunately these buyers entered in a contact to buy this home without being fully honest with their lender. They were not able to purchase the home and played on the sympathy of the homeowner (by looking her up on social media) to stay a year in the home in order to correct the credit issues they created and purchase. They did not correct their credit and did not care for the home properly. They covered air vents with furniture and used a humidifier when a dehumidify was needed on top of other rental violations that ended up costing the home owner over $10,000 to correct. Buyers where given many options and other rental homes to choose from but ignored deadlines, missed payments and refused to settle on more affordable options. Home inspections showed large screen TV's and a very nice boat and ATV in the driveway. We do understand financial and family hardships within reason and hope the family was able to make better decisions.
