I freely admit that the refrigerator was not delivered on time. From the very beginning the tenants were told the wall oven was a special order and it would be installed as soon as it came in. They had no hot water because they did not turn the gas on. Matthew said they had no power and Duke Energy would not turn it on until we got a licensed electrical contractor. I called Duke power and the only thing wrong is Matthew had turned the breaker off. I quickly realized we were not going to get along and offered the 4 boys a full refund and gave them a week to move. Matthew demanded a free month and I said no. I had no problems whatsoever with the only tenant that I met and he was quite embarrassed over Matthews Behavior Leslie Dale
