This Tenant is full of revenge and not true in any of the matter stated. This Tenant want to fool the government and landlord and tried to rent a house with no credit and false documents and stating no income inorder to get money from section 8 she want two leases to written from the land lord. As a listing agent, represending the landlord we have to disclose everything from the tenant . As a Listing Agent, one has to exercise confidentality, care, loyalty, full disclosure and duty to account towards the landlord. The tenant has full of lies and false documents to fool out the landlord. She want sign two leases for one property. That is un ethical. She tried to give a bad reveiew to impact my business. But I have a reputation of an excellent agent for the past 17 years. She didn't know that I am not an average sales person out there. I am a full time professional agent and a top producer with best reputation and knowledge in the realestate and mortgage industry.
