While I attempt to have this false review removed (easier said than done just trying to make contact with this giant corporation), I will respond. I have never interacted with the person who left this review as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager. She stayed at one of my vacation rental listings and is not happy with the refund she received after canceling last minute. The policy was stated in my cancellation policy. I think we consumers all know to ignore one star reviews as they come from anger and are usually untrue. I am actually a super fair and reasonable person and all of my 5 star reviews show that!
