Serena, this rental was extremely popular, and there was a lot of interest. As with any rentals, the decision making process is at the discretion of the owner of the property. The decision was, in fact, made that same day just prior to me calling you, not the day prior. I wanted to be considerate and not waste your time. I'm sorry you were disappointed.
