Lee is meticulous! Developed a plan that was well executed. The original scenario laid out for the sale and anticipated selling price was exceeded. Lee separates himself from a process sometimes perceived as a skeptical process.

Based on his bios and reviews, I was excited to speak to Lee about this property, others if it was no longer available, and buying a condo by the end of spring. "When working with buyers, Lee's ability to get to know a person well is his most importa...

So sorry you felt I was not listening. As a listing broker, in our dealings with buyers we must always be honest and fair. Sometimes the truth hurts. However, I was always honest and fair with you. I had explained to you that my clients had already accepted an offer, and that offer was accepted on 16 Feb 2015, four days before you had left your message for me. Whether or not you had financing in place was of no significance to my clients, the sellers. They had all cash, non-contingent offers significantly over the asking price - after one 90-minute open house. As a matter of fact, the condo which listed for $939,000 sold for $1,100,000 all cash with no contingencies, and we had other offers that were even higher than that, with financing and willing to waive their mortgage contingency. My sellers were not willing to wait for a buyer to get a mortgage commitment, which can take 21-30 days from the date the contract is signed. I actually thought I was being respectful of your time explaining that coop price about 25-30% less than condos, and if the apt will be your primary residence or a pied-a-terre would that the sellers are more likely to entertain offers with a mortgage contingency. I hope that you were successful in finding a condo, and that you were able to move into by the end of April. This sale, without a mortgage and pretty fast condo waiver process, closed on 1 April 2015. It would have been unlikely that a sale with a mortgage close before 1-15 May 2015.
