Daniel, Thank you for your initial inquiry into our listings. From our first conversation, you mentioned that you were working with another agent. In these situations, we typically expect the buyer’s agent to schedule showings and provide either a pre-approval letter or proof of funds—especially for properties in the $3M+ range. When you shared that your agent was from out of the area and unavailable, we found ourselves in a delicate position. Our responsibility is to protect our sellers’ time and privacy, and showings at this level often require two hours of coordination and presence from our team. As such, we needed to confirm both your identity and your ability to purchase before proceeding. After you provided your agent’s name, we reached out and received confirmation that you were indeed qualified. We then followed up with you to schedule the showings. While I understand the timing didn’t align with your schedule, luxury listings often require advance coordination due to the involvement of multiple parties. I also understand there was some confusion around which property you wanted to view, and ultimately you cancelled both showings. While the situation was unfortunate, our team remains happy to assist you should you wish to revisit these homes.
